ABOUT ME
EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM
Cycling is my passion and way of life. For over 12 years I was a professional cyclist. However, I haven’t rested on my laurels – after all I am an athlete ! Now I can use my experience being a full-time cycling coach. I explore the latest coaching methods to be able to prepare for You a tailor-made training plan.
With technological development, training methods and measure tools have developed significantly. We train in different, more effective than 15 years ago way. To match the best possible training programs to my wards, I completed various professional courses and got the coaching license:
